We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to send you your ritual, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store them.
When you join the early access list we store your email address, which page you signed up from, and the date of signup.
How we use it
To fulfil and ship your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — if you've opted in — send occasional emails about new collections. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers required to run the store: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and email and hosting providers. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to remember your cart and keep checkout secure. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Early access emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
