Every AYRA order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your ritual arrives beautifully and ready to be enjoyed.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed during business days and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.
Packaging
Your AYRA ritual is presented in our signature packaging and carefully prepared for transit. We take special care to preserve the presentation and integrity of your order from our hands to yours.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after an order has been processed and are provided as estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, except where expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods and other circumstances outside AYRA’s reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery area and contact the carrier using your tracking information.
If your AYRA order arrives materially damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging so that we can review the matter.
